These seemed like they were half spinach! The Turkey meat is so tender too, these came out so tasty - I hope you enjoy!
A reminder to use Maldon Sea Salt - I keep it in this nifty container:

All you really have to do is sauté up the spinach, combine the ingredients and make some balls!


Add everything together in a bowl.

Form them into balls.

Ready for the oven!

Cook your pasta, and brown your butter!
