Buttery Spaghetti Squash

This is so simple and delish! It just takes time to cook the squash.

Spaghetti Squash with Butter and Salt!

Poke the squash with a knife, all over, several times. Place it on a baking sheet, and put in the oven. Roast it at 350 degrees, for one hour.



Once it is done, let it rest for at least 10 minutes, and then slice it in half. Scrape out the seeds and the overcooked extra stringy insides. With a fork, then scrape out the rest of the squash into a bowl.



Add in a big pat of butter, and add some salt and pepper to taste. If it has cooled too much, then add it to a pan and warm up the butter and add in the squash to allow it to coat the squash. If you feel like a little fresh parm, feel free to add that to the mix! Simple and delish!
