Curry & Cabbage Shrimp

This was most definitely a hit with the family! My In-Laws and the hubs really raved about it, which is super nice! What a compliment!

It is pretty simple to make, it just takes a little time to chop the cabbage.

I just didn't feel like getting out the food processor (not sure if this is lazy or being a glutton for punishment in chopping it all), but it went pretty quickly so it wasn't so bad.

I wasn't sure how it was going to come out, so I don't have pictures of the process... but see below for the instructions. But, in case you are not sure about hoisin sauce, here is an image of what I used...
